📦 Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Pocket Collection! We're a small Canadian collector-first online-only shop based in Toronto, Ontario. At the moment we ship to 🇨🇦 Canada only.

There are no import duties, customs fees, or tariffs on Canadian deliveries. Applicable sales taxes are collected at checkout.

⏱ Processing & Delivery Times

Most in-stock orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During major product launches, holidays, and high-volume periods, processing times may extend to up to 5 business days.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
  • Prairie Provinces & Atlantic Canada: 3–6 business days
  • British Columbia: 4–7 business days
  • Remote and rural locations may require additional transit time

We use a variety of shipping partners to provide competitive rates and reliable delivery times, including:

  • Canada Post
  • Intelcom / Dragonfly
  • Fleet Optics
  • Whiz
  • Other regional carriers

Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, service level, and availability.

🏔 Remote & Rural Addresses

We want to support collectors across Canada, including remote and rural communities. In rare cases, certain destinations may have significantly higher shipping costs than standard Canadian addresses. If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you before shipment. You may choose to:

  • Pay the additional shipping cost
  • Cancel your order for a full refund

📍 Tracking Information

All shipments include tracking. Tracking numbers are provided once a shipping label has been created. Depending on the carrier, tracking updates may not appear immediately and may continue to display "Label Created" or "Waiting for Package" until the carrier performs its first scan. If tracking has shown no movement for more than 5 business days after label creation, please reach out to support@pocketcollection.ca, we will be happy to investigate.

♻️ Packaging

We pack every order with collectors in mind. Most orders ship in new corrugated boxes using paper-based packaging materials whenever possible. To reduce waste, we may occasionally reuse boxes, bubble wrap, and other shipping materials. While we try to minimize plastic packaging, protecting your collectibles always comes first!

🔄 Multiple Orders & Order Changes

If you place multiple orders, we may combine shipments whenever practical. If you would like us to combine orders or add items to an existing order that has not yet shipped, please contact support@pocketcollection.ca as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

🔒 High-Value Orders

Orders over $1,000 may require a signature upon delivery at our discretion. For high-value claims, we may request photos, packaging materials, or additional information to assist with carrier investigations.

↩️ Returned Packages & Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned to Pocket Collection due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Any issue not caused by Pocket Collection or the carrier

The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred, including return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

Once the package is returned, customers may choose to:

  • Pay for reshipment
  • Receive a refund less any shipping, return shipping, payment processing, and applicable cancellation fees

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs that have already been paid to the carrier.

❗ Lost, Delayed & Delivered Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timelines and package handling are primarily the responsibility of the shipping provider. If your package is delayed, appears lost in transit, or has an issue during delivery, please contact the carrier as soon as possible and let us know as well. We will gladly assist with follow-ups whenever we can.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, please ask carrier for proof of delivery, and check with household members, neighbours, building management, or before contacting us. While we will always try to help, Pocket Collection cannot be responsible for packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

⚠️ Order Review & Refusal

To protect our customers and business, Pocket Collection reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or refund orders at our discretion in cases involving suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, unavailable inventory, unusual risk, parcel forwarding addresses, or other circumstances that prevent us from safely completing a transaction.

Any cancelled orders will be refunded in full.

All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Do I pay duties or tariffs?

No. All orders ship from within Canada.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, when supported by the selected carrier.

Can I combine multiple orders?

Usually yes. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Can I add items to an order after placing it?

Sometimes. Contact us before your order ships and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Why does my tracking only show "Label Created"?

This is normal. Some carriers do not update tracking until they receive and process the package.
